VueturaTrac™ Visitor is powerful, yet flexible enough to meet a variety of visitor badging scenarios. You choose the right combination of features for your facility . . . or vary the process lobby by lobby. Capabilities include:

1. Pre-Registration: Visitors can be pre-registered by their hosts or security/receptionists, and confirming emails with map, safety instructions and other meeting details can be automatically sent to visitors (confirmation code/barcode included).
2. Registration: Adhering to your organization's policy, walkups, pre-registered, or returning visitors can be easily processed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Registration occurs in a matter of seconds.
• ID Scan: Visitors are quickly and efficiently registered using state-of-the-art ID scanning equipment that imports data directly into the VueturaTrac™ Visitor database. (This can be further streamlined using visitor self-service options.) Depending upon the scanner model, driver's licenses, business cards and passports are some of the documents that can be scanned.
• Photographs: Visitors can be photographed, using digital photo capture. A driver's license photo can also be imported.
• Parking Management: Visit details such as car information can be captured.
3. Security Screening: Visitors are screened against any required databases, watch lists, or alerts, and security is automatically notified if any unwanted or questionable visitors attempt to check in.
4. Host Employee Notification: "You have a visitor" messages are sent via email or text message to inform employees of their visitor's arrival. (Email Alerts can be set up automatically and can include a variety of data, such as a photograph of the visitor.)
